Gary has a long history in the Insurance sector. Directly after college, he spent five years as an Independent Adjuster with Toplis & Harding, traveling throughout North and South America handling significant commercial and institutional losses.

After learning the intricacies and nuances of the industry, he made the easy decision to become an advocate for policyholders. Over the next 36 years, Gary immersed himself in becoming a bona fide expert in his field. Gary began with a prominent west coast public adjusting firm and later co-founded a new enterprise in 2002. His roles and responsibilities spanned every facet of the company’s operations inclusive of but not limited Secretary, President, and Co-Chairman of the Board. Even with all these administrative responsibilities, his unwavering passion consistently revolved around claims processing and advocacy of his clients.

Gary’s clients extend from homeowners to Fortune 500 corporations. His expertise has been brought to bear across a diverse array of disasters encompassing everything from fires and hurricanes to earthquakes and tsunamis. Throughout these experiences, he has consistently played a pivotal role in both claims management and driving industry advancements.

After 42 years, Gary recognized the need for change. In 2023, he embarked on a new adventure and has started his own company, Johnson & Johnson Consulting, LLC. His responsibilities are not limited to any facet of the company, but his focus remains on maintaining the Gold Standard he helped create in this industry.

He is a recognized expert in the industry, a court-approved expert on First-Party Property and Casualty Claims, Adjusting Practices, and Bad Faith Issues. He also serves as an Umpire and Appraiser for “Formal” and “Informal” Appraisals under First-Party policies.

Gary’s client portfolio mirrors his exceptional skills, encompassing Industry Leaders, Hollywood “A-Listers,” auto shops, hospitality conglomerates and even the Federal Government. Evidently, he stands as a true industry leader.

Meet Kevin Johnson, a seasoned professional in the public adjusting & real estate industries with a lifelong foundation rooted in the field. From an early age, Kevin immersed himself in the intricacies of the public adjusting business, absorbing valuable insights and learning from the best: his partner and father, Gary Johnson!

Throughout his high school and college years, Kevin devoted his summers to international Hurricane Operations with The Greenspan Company / Adjusters International, setting the stage for his future success. Drawing on his public adjusting experiences, Kevin transitioned to real estate and achieved remarkable success as a top-performing agent at Keller Williams, attaining elite status as the “youngest highest producer.”

In 2020, Kevin redirected his focus back to the public adjusting arena. Over the past three years, he progressed from an apprentice to an Executive General Adjuster, earning a reputation for being a seasoned professional with unwavering morals and meticulous attention to detail. Kevin’s exceptional skill set enabled him to interface seamlessly with seasoned professionals twice his age.

In September 2023, Kevin left Sunpoint and decided to join Gary at Johnson & Johnson Consulting, LLC. As Partner and CFO, Kevin contributes a sharp eye for detail, organizational expertise, and a captivating personality at the forefront of their venture.

Beyond his roles in the adjusting and real estate sectors, Kevin is a multifaceted entrepreneur. He invests in real estate, owns and manages a go-ped/go-kart company that custom fabricates and sells parts globally, and is continually refining his golf skills. An avid fisherman, Kevin’s diverse interests mirror his dynamic approach to life and business.

Armed with an extensive background in complex real estate transactions, Christopher Johnson approaches every claim with rigorous analysis, a disciplined process, and an unwavering focus on the details that move the needle.
